Hi! I am Steph, I’m 36, entrepreneur, I am recently separated from a long term relationship from which I have a four year old, well behaved, amazing little boy, he will come to live with me full time after a while, but not at first, I own a small business and I am gone most of the day, I early and come home around 730 or 8 pm most days, my son typically goes to an early childhood education center during the week, but it’s closed right now so he stays with a dear friend of mine, we are perfect tenants, quiet, private, out of the way, helpful, clean and looking for short term, maybe six months while I finish building our house.
