Hiii I’m looking for a unfurnished bedroom with preferably my own bath, but shared is okay too. Rent is negotiable, I only make $2,500.00 to $2,700.00 a month gross pay. Soo I’m gonna say I can afford about $500.00 to 550.00 a month but I’m flexible. I’m a responsible person and very clean. I work in property management as a leasing consultant full time, I understand the importance of rent being paid on time and following the guidelines of a lease agreement. As well respecting those around me, I’m very considerate and reasonable. I could not be in this field and be a terrible tenant/roommate lol. I’ll mainly be in my new home after 6pm and sometimes all day on my off days (Sunday’s and Tuesday’s) unless I have plans which is occasionally. I am allergic to cats and dogs lol sorry (small dog might be okay if they’re trained and don’t go into my room or pee all over the place, including shared areas and idk a hairless cat?? They’re pretty cool lol.) I’m LGBT and 420 friendly. I don’t smoke. I’m a very clean, laid back, easy going person. I get a long well with others. I work with different people everyday so communication skills are there. I like to watch movies, paint, draw, sculpt, and hiking!
