I just moved to Washington not even a year ago from Fort Lauderdale to help family out here. I’m looking to move back in April (flexible dates). In need of a comfortable space to live for awhile as I build myself up financially and settle back into work. I will be looking for an apartment of my own back in SoFlo but not in a huge rush. Currently hoping to rent out a place with roommate or rent a room from someone currently living in their own spot. Respect for others is very important to me - I feel like that’s enough said.
