I’m very Respectful and Organize person Im germophobic so I keep up a lot allergic to dirt n dust so being clean isn’t a problem. I’m very polite and understanding person following rules and regulations isn’t a problem. I have a puppy small shih tzu well trained and potty trained dog very friendly and doesn’t bark and cry a lot well kept together. I work a sercurity job 17$ that requires no days off so I would be stable with paying rent on time. Like a peaceful and trustworthy environment .
