I am a 25 year old female living in Davis with my senior (female) cat. Looking for a room to rent in the Davis, West Sac area by August 1st of this year (or July). I work full time in a signage and stationary business, most of the time if I’m not at work I’m in my room keeping to myself or going out. I prefer regular cleaning schedules with all roommates. I don’t have a preference whether I live with males or females. I do have occasional guests but not often. I respect others spaces and personal belongings. I am a great communicator and will always want to be on the same page with who I am living with.
