I’ve lived in Asheville for 5 years now, I work primarily nights and tend to spend a decent bit of time away from the house socializing. I do have an overnight guest some of the time, but not full time. I have one small dog that is house trained and very sweet. I’m definitely a night owl, I sleep at kinda weird hours due to my job. I like to keep the house clean, but I don’t care too much about noise honestly. Prefer separate bathrooms, but I could compromise with a 1.5 bath. I love to be cordial and potentially friends with my roommate, but I tend to keep to myself with headphones most of the time at home.
