I am a 60-year old male, currently renting a room in a house in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, and am looking to move out sometime in June in response to a job offer in Kansas City. I started teleworking here in Minnesota on May 4th, and plan on traveling to Kansas City in early June to scout out potential residences. I have a bit of a geeky lifestyle. I tend to read a lot, and I volunteer at local conventions and events. An ideal living arrangement is one without a lot of partying/noise, but other late night activities (like watching TV or whatever), I can usually ignore if I’m trying to sleep.
