Hello. I work for a startup medical company in Plano and have a part-time job doing graphic design. I’d prefer to rent a room from a female around my age or older. As I do a lot of work from home, I’ll need access to a dependable internet connection (I know that can be spotty out in the rural areas). Non-smoker, social drinker. I’m generally clean and tidy, and I always wash and put away my dishes. Looking for a secure, possible long-term situation. I love pets and they love me, but more than one pet might be bad for my allergies. I do want a safe place with good AC and enough closet space (it would be great if I had a private bath adjoining my room. Hoping to pay no more than $550 per month including any utilities.
