Hi Everyone! I am looking to find new living arrangements by the 1st of May 2024. I accepted a position in the Staunton, Virginia and would like to move closer to minimize the commute. I am pretty laid-back, friendly and enjoy talking and laughing though I stay to myself most of the time. I do not have a criminal history and do not like living in places with drugs, criminal activity, drama or wild parties. I’m only bringing my clothes, personal belongs and some books with me. So, the living space should be furnished, including the bedroom. My preference is to have my own bathroom. However, I am open to sharing the bathroom as long as the other housemate is clean. All utilities should be included with access to the living quarters except your personal living space. I’m looking to have a roommate for a long term month to month basis.
