Single female. Just moved to Vegas from HB. No kids. No pets. Obsessively clean (so I’ve been told, my entire life) Don’t mind keeping common spaces clean and always contribute to housework. I get along well with pretty much everyone. Lol. I don’t drink I never have. I am pro THC and prefer NOT to live with sloppy alcoholics. I don’t do drugs outside of thc. I LOVE music, it’s my life. I’m old school with common courtesy and respect for others. I’m a joker at heart and love to make people laugh. I’m a solid person and looking for an environment where the house feels like a home to whomever is in it. No need for crazy rules when you trust the judgement of those you live with. (Trust. Respect. Communication.) I love the river and I’m there quiet a bit in the summer with friends from Cali who have boats and homes there. If you’re paying for a cleaning service, you can save your money, I got you! It’s what I do when I’m home. Very young at heart and vibe well with all ages. I don’t have any fur babies but I LOVE them and will love yours if you have them. Never been evicted and have never paid rent late in my entire life. You can run whatever checks on me you need to.
