I am a dual employeed professional vetted both clear-criminal background & drug-free with 2 nationwide companies. I have had both jobs simultaneously for over a year and have an excellent work history with no missed days or lateness. I work 70+ hours per week and am seeking a room in a safe neighborhood where I can continue my employment with my personal property secured and have a place to peacefully spend my free days off.

As I currently have almost no free time, I do consider myself the perfect roommate as I would only use the house to relax on my whole day off a week and two half-days, and of course preparing my meals (I cook), and showering/sleeping. And of course, I am able to pay my rent in full and always on time.

My hobbies include making artwork both people and animal portraits, gardening and hiking, which I don’t have much time at moment to do, but look forward to getting back to when I am free.

My current employment is giving me enough income to reliably plan on a 6mo to 1yr arrangement if possible, and I look forward to meeting you to see if our paths & characteristics are compatible.
