Hi! I’m looking to start a 2bed/2bath lease where you would be okay with taking the 2nd bedroom. I’m currently a caregiver working nights, and I live with my husband and 4 month old baby. We have a small hypoallergenic poodle dog, Leo, who is very well behaved. We’re extremely clean and respectful, and we barely have guests over. I don’t care if you do though! We don’t mind guests, sleepovers once in a while, or cooking. As long as you’re courteous, respectful, and clean, we don’t mind.
We found a couple places we like in the Fullerton area right next to CSUF where 2nd bedroom would be ~$1200. There’s also one in La Habra for cheaper. Message me so we can get started!
