I am moving to the Santa Cruz/ Monterey Bay Area mid June when my lease is up in Napa. I’m looking for a place near the ocean, a communal vibe with other working professionals and students, and would love a home with others’ pets and gardens - if not adopt cat of my own, roomies willing! My ideal place is serene, near nature such as the beach and hiking trails, and far away from noisey streets/busy places. I am planning to go back to school to study film, writing and creative production, so a quiet bedroom for studying is important. I value community as well as solitude. I love singing and playing my ukulele, dancing, yoga, meditation, reading, going to the beach and hiking. I am a minimalist who doesn’t mind a small space, and appreciates a great outdoor area such as a backyard. I take respectful communication, healthy boundaries and cleaning up after myself seriously. I am hoping to find roomies who enjoy spending some time together in the common spaces, cooking together in the kitchen (I’m vegetarian), taking pride in keeping our home tidy and clean together, going outdoors or to live music, and who also enjoy their quiet time alone too.
