Hello,

My name is James, and I am a 62-year-old full-time psychotherapist currently completing a PhD in clinical psychology. I am also proud of a lovely and well-behaved small terrier mix. Following the recent passing of my landlord and roommate of six years, I am seeking a new place to call home. I bring my bedroom furniture, televisions, and other essentials. I am a quiet, responsible individual who values peace and tranquility. I do not smoke, rarely drink and lead a relatively reserved lifestyle with minimal socializing. My preferences include off-street parking and a comfortable, welcoming environment where I can enjoy reading, watching movies, and cooking. Originally from Los Angeles, I spent much of my earlier career in the entertainment industry before transitioning to my current field.
