Steve

My name is Steve Lejeune and currently I’m renting a room in Bartlett Illinois since July of this year. I’m looking for another room in hopes to be more available to my family. I work part time in the spring till fall, as a sub contractor for the city of Saint Charles, Illinois utility and power lines and street service as atree removal and tree maintenance tech. I collect Disability for an ongoing battle with rehumitoid arthritis as well as veterans benefits. I do smoke cigars, but only outdoors. I don’t drink and I generally keep to myself and am well aware of the importance of keeping a clean space and a positive report with my roommates and the home owners I reside with. I’m looking for a month to month lease, but I’m fine with a set leasing contract up to 6 months or more under the stipulations that it’s something that’s legal and in writing. I am generally a very calm quiet person with a good sense of reserve. Maintaining a peace ful and open minded atmosphere is a key player in my relations with the people I share a dwelling with.
