Hi! we are looking for a room to be filled at a place we found in Brighton on Goodenough St. A 4 bed unit. Start date 9/1- water included but we all would pay utilities. There is a master suite bedroom(20’x17’) with bathroom double vanity and shower, with a huge walk in closet(12’x9’) and another separate storage place(12.5’x3’) as well on the same floor for $1275. You would have the whole floor to yourself (top floor-3rd), we would also include the parking spot that came with the unit. This is a perfect location close to the New balance facilities, stop and shop, Center of Brighton, Oak square, the T is walking/bike-able distance, a lot of restaurants and close to St.E Hospital.

My friend and I are both working professionals, we enjoy have a clean and fun space, we are looking for people in their 20s that are also working professionals or Graduate students.
