Hello! My name is Savannah, and I am looking for a room to rent living with other ambitious, clean, respectful people. I have had both male and female roommates and I am ok with either as long as everyone takes part in cleaning and there are no major lifestyle differences. Move date is flexible but I would prefer to give my landlord 2 or 3 months notice. Currently I am working as a music teacher. I am very respectful of others’ space and time, and appreciate roommates who give me the same. Will not tolerate smoking or cannabis of any kind, or excessive drinking. Would prefer to live with other Christians or similar values. I am a musician and have to practice violin, piano, guitar/singing on occasion.
