Looking to sign a lease together with someone.

I am moving from Louisiana. I am 25 looking for a responsible roommate. I am an omnivert. Im comfortable With being by myself, but when I do get into social settings, I’m great at adapting. We can be friends if it transpires that way. That would be great considering I’m new to the area. Otherwise, I mind my business and stay to myself.

I work with kids with autism, so I’m pretty charismatic as well. I don’t like messes to stay messes long, so cleanliness will be a must for me. I have a 25 pound dog who is a lab and dachshund mix. He’s hyper with new people. Otherwise he just minds his business in the house. He is potty trained and has been apartment living all his life.
