Thomas Grady(30) I own & operate a canine adventure service called DOGGO! I have my dads service dog living w/ me-he goes to work and pretty much everywhere else with me. He’s obviously well behaved, house trained and could fetch you the remote haha He’s a 13 year old, 20 pound corgi mix. He’s really cute, you will no doubt fall in love. I just recently traded in my girlfriend for a little thing called my sanity lol so I’m either looking for studio, 1 BDRM,room for rent or a team up. I’d like to keep rent around $1000 but willing to pay more if it’s the right place or person. I keep to myself, not one of those roommates that insist on having a convo right as you get home from a long day at work. I have perfect rental history, never been evicted or late paying rent and have been renting since I was 19! I’m respectful, generous and clean - looking for a place or someone else who is also clean to avoid any unwanted tension. I don’t care what you do at all, if you smoke, do drugs, have guests over all hours,stay up all night partying.
