Hi! Looking for a possible roommate in their 20s-30s for a 2 bed 2 bath. In unit washer and dryer is a must. I don’t smoke and have no pets. (I am thinking of getting a cat so would have to be ok with cats). I also tend to keep to myself and am quiet. I would ideally like to be friends with my roommate though so wouldn’t mind hanging out sometimes. Looking to move June 1st to mid June. The places I’ve been looking at are averaging in the $1800s. Interesting in areas like Fridley, Bloomington, Richfield, Edina, etc.
