I am a mountain bike cyclist and gym goer, classic guitar player, outdoor enthusiast, and a hard worker that works remote. Fathered three children (all graduated from Oregon State university), and I live by myself after lost my wife of 30 years.

I am a very well educated and respectful individual, technology knowledgeable and know house maintenance from electricity to plumbing and gardening; I owned and rebuilt two houses in the past (Oregon) and had even grown my own food. So, I am very handy when needed.

I Love live music and arts, and I am very appreciative of human history and its accomplishments. I will love the fact that this place will be close to the mountains where I will spend my weekends for sure.

I try to have a small footprint on this planet and the only things I own are a small Mercedes GLA 250 AWD car, two bikes, two guitars, a music keyboard, a Vitamix blender and a fry Pan. After moving in, I will buy a small bed (if needed) and an adjustable desk. I cook once a week, and no need for fancy cookware as I just boil or bake.
