My name is Sam and I’m a 26 year old female. (Strictly searching for a female housemate or landlord, preferably someone with a college degree.)

I am currently in the process of getting my EMT certification, as well as taking additional courses in order to finish a degree in criminal justice and later pursue a career in that field.

My ideal living situation is a studio/back house, or room with a private restroom/private entry from outside— I work long hours & sometimes late nights , I’m usually off on weekends, so I’m not trying to disturb anyone by coming in late.

Looking for a housemate or landlord who wouldn’t mind a study partner come stay over once or twice a week.

I’m quiet, I mind my own business, and I clean up after myself. (I’m very organized and very clean.) Also, I do not smoke cannabis or drink,
but it does not bother me, as long as the house is adequately ventilated.
