Bee

Hello, my name is Brenna but I prefer to go by Bee (they/them)! I just completed my M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and recently moved to Portland because I got my dream job here as a Prototype Engineer. I currently live in Milwaukie, but am looking for a more long term home in this area or generally east side of Portland.

I will usually be working all day (9am-5pm) and either hanging at home over the weekends or going on fun trips. I am an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying rock-climbing, biking, trail running, skiing, aerial arts (silks, aerial hoop), and general romping around. At home I enjoy cooking, reading, yoga, gardening, and more. I like to have a community-oriented home, such as having friends over sometimes for chill dinner parties or just hanging out doing puzzles and watching movies.

I like doing little projects in my garage with welding, woodworking, and soldering. I have plenty of tools to fix things with! I’d like to find a home shared with one or a few other roomies. Ideally we find a place (or you already live in a place) that has a garage and a sizeable backyard. In the backyard I’d set up my aerial dance rig, do yoga, practice flow arts (rope dart, hoop, dragon staff), and garden. I am not afraid of yardwork and like to create a sanctuary in my outdoor and indoor spaces :)
