Hi,

I’m a 29-year old professional, currently working downtown DC, and am looking for a room to rent in a place that is WALKING distance from a metro line, because I really don’t want to have any extra expenses with transportation (bus/uber) other than metro to go to work. Ideally the place is located in NW DC, or Arlington/Alexandria-VA, so I wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to commute to downtown.

I’m a very outgoing person, love to stay outdoors, live concerts, bike ride adventures, cultural activities, and would love to have a roommate/friend to hangout with around DC. However, I also enjoy to have my privacy, and usually like to work on my own stuff when at home.

I’m also very organized, clean, and easy going. So I believe that I can get along with anyone that respect each others boundaries.

My move-in date is March 25th, and am looking for a place to rent until June (at least).
