I clean up after myself. I don’t leave dirty dishes around and I do my fair share of house chores. I respect quiet hours and follow a consistent work/sleep schedule. I have no issues with dirty work like picking up/ taking out garbage, cleaning the baths/toilets, or landscape maintenance. I am a full time grad student looking for an environment conducive for studying and maintaining a stable lifestyle. I’m looking for a year lease~
