I pay all my bills on time no financial constraints, easy to get along with and very respectable and trustworthy! Quiet at appropriate times and love to cook for lots of people! Our dog Hallie is a 13 year old lab hound mix and she is very tame and quiet. My fianace and I are needing a place to stay at while we transition to getting our own house for the first time. I’m starting a job transistioning from doing B2B Marketing Sales to the Real Estate Industry with Coldwell Banker Bain and while I get my license during the next 6 months we need a safe place to stay at that allows us to save up to accomplish some of our dreams we have as a couple and family. My girlfriend has a 7 year old daughter Rileigh but when she’s has time with her daughter it will be at her parents house in Lake Oswego which is where we both grew up. We both come from good families and are just good people. Jessica worked for Ohsu staffing the hospital for 15 years and has taken the last year off to persue some other ventures and spending time with her family. We need a One or two bedroom place that were allowed to have our dog Hallie who is a companion dog, we prefer to be in clackamas county but other counties are acceptable as well. Must be affordable and month to month leases are preferred any deposit and first and last months rent can be provided we are happy to sign a actual formal lease but prefer informal leases, we both have good renting history however poor credit scores.
