I am a retired 66 year old artist/teacher and I am looking for women around my age who would like to share housing. I am originally from Toledo, Ohio and have lived most of my life in Michigan, except for the past 10 years I have lived in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Now my adult daughter who lives in Northville, Michigan is expecting her first child (my first grandchild!) and I am planning to move back to Michigan to help her out as her “Granny-Nanny”. I’d like to be generally near Northville where my daughter lives but I am flexible with specific location.

I am healthy and able-bodied, drive, don’t smoke (although I am fine being around smokers), drink occasionally/socially, and while I can cook I no longer bother just for myself and these days prefer to eat out! I have owned dogs and cats before and am fine with animals but have no pets of my own. I am an artist and worked as a teacher and interior decorator. I rarely find time to paint anymore but love visiting museums and galleries.
