Looking to do a month-to-month starting in March 2020. I typically spend winters and spring in Florida but decided this year to spend more time in southern California. One of my vehicles is stored in San Diego year round. I work remotely so access to a decent internet connection in the home or area is important to me. I’m easy to get along with and have a flexible schedule. Low maintenance kind of guy, handy, responsible and trust worthy.

During the day I will usually be at my son and grand daughter’s house in Vista or somewhere quite on my laptop working on a project as they come up. Other times I’ll be out exploring the surrounding area on my trike, visiting friends and enjoying all that is SoCal. Rent and deposit are no problem as I could get my own place but I prefer a simple furnished living situation and a month-to-month for the time being.

I have a good credit score and spotless record that can be verified. I would be interested in a longer lease or perhaps even going in on something together but right now am exploring my options. Eventually I see my self living in SoCal 6 months a year. Currently it’s only 3 months per year. Lot of words here but if you took the time to read all this you know my story.
