I am looking for a private room for rent for me and my ESA pup, Stella, ideally in north OC for $900 or under including utilities. I work full time for Redfin. Three days are from home and I go into the Long Beach office Wed/Thurs. I am a queer artist, community minded, communicate well and am respectful. My passions are art, dancing on rollerskates and burning man culture. Stella is a one year old, 23lbs. mini golden doodle, hypoallergenic, potty trained, excellent with kids, pets and other humans. She is very social and a total cuddle bug! We are looking for somewhere stable and safe, nice to walk around anytime, ideally with a grassy yard to play in and a little spot for my potted succulent garden. We would love to live somewhere with people that are excited to have us there, want to interact and build community together. I am also open to living with someone who is older or disabled and needs extra help or companionship in exchange for a lower rent.  Let us know if you have any other questions.
