What can I say? Rent is too damn expensive to go it alone, and I am not from the area (Knoxville, TN born and raised). I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I generally get along with everyone I meet. I do have a very large dog who can be a handful at times, so liking dogs and meeting him beforehand would be a must. He is extremely friendly and sweet, but his size can scare some people off. I work in Edgewater, so that is my target search area, but I am flexible.
