I am a clean and quiet (not noisy) person. I understand being considerate of my roommate when it comes to common areas, food, TV/music/phone call volume splitting bills and other things in general. I keep my word when we come to an agreement on an issue if it arises. I am honest, nice, and friendly but do like to show respect and common courtesy and have it shown in return.
