I have a very respectful nature of those who prefer privacy but am more than happy to socialize if invited to do so. I clean up after myself, and a messy room or kitchen will never do in my book. I’m 9 times out of 10 early on payment of rent and utilities, so odds are that you will be receiving pay a week ahead of time at most. I’m glad to help around the house if need be, and I focus on my work when I’m not around. if I’m not working then I’m watching a film/listening to music. Above all, I prioritize peace and quiet. No stomping/banging around, slamming doors, no loud music or tv, and respectful of quiet hours.
