Hi, there! I’m looking for a quiet place to live where I can feel comfortable & secure. I work remotely in education & spend weekdays in my room typing on my computer & meeting in zoom. I have a healthy lifestyle & don’t smoke. I’ll only require minimal use of the kitchen; I eat a vegetarian diet & will really only be in there to chop stuff up or use the microwave. No oven or stove use required.

I’m minimalist, very clean, well-organized, & efficiency-minded. One load of laundry per week, max. Won’t have overnight guests.

I’m dependable, honest, & friendly (albeit quiet & less talkative at times). I’m mature, a great decision-maker, & will be highly respectful of your property/home.

What I need:

Secure environment. Off-street, garage, or otherwise secure parking would be amazing! I feel vulnerable in a space with different people coming & going, having loud parties, or not being careful with locking the door.

Pet-free home. I’m deathly allergic to dogs, cats, & birds!

Speedy, reliable internet (ethernet) included so I can work. Furnished with at least a bed, nightstand, & dresser.

I’m cool sharing a bathroom with one other person, if needed, & if a good fit! Willing to negotiate on rent.
