I’m 25 years old, I have a strong rental history and experience living with roommates. I work full time as a construction coordinator at a commercial HVAC company. I am also currently a student studying chemistry and art. I used to work as a sushi chef and still enjoy making sushi whenever I have the chance. I really love cooking and throwing dinner parties so if that is something you like we will probably get along. My other hobbies include martial arts and unwinding in front of the tv. I usually wake up pretty early and like to have a quiet and calm house on the weekdays. I like to have a clean house and maintaining my space is very important to me. I’m pretty easy going and I value harmony in my life. I am very opened minded and I believe kindness is most important. I do have a dog that lives with my mom but ideally I would like to have him over from time to time, he is very well behaved as he is a retired service dog. I like to be upfront about everything, so anything you feel you would like to know, please don’t be afraid to ask. I will give you an honest answer no matter what the question is.
