I am in need of a safe stress free environment to stay for about 12 months as my co lessor abandoned the apartment we leased together, I am a very business oriented, pleasant, peaceful and hygienically clean individual with formal relationship expectations. I am just looking for someone that is preferably like minded and maintain a peaceful, respectful environment as my only intentions is a goal of having a stable living quarter to get back on my feet as I have a 14 year old son, that will also be visiting wit me from time to time, he’s quite, respectful and likes to stay to his self, so he would definitely be of no problems to anyone, However; if my son and I sound like someone yoy feel can be a great fit, it will be a blessing, I would also like to have my companion over from time to time as well if that would be something that would be of no problem as I will remain respectful in informing as that would take place.
