I am looking for a room to rent or sublet starting April 25 (Or looking for a roommate to lease a new place with). I prefer to have only one other roommate in an apartment building with amenities. I am a young professional in my late 20’s with a stable Federal position, quiet, super active, considerate, and do not have any pets. I keep common areas clean. I’d like to be within walking distance of a metro location since I do not have a car. I work full-time and am also a part-time student (online). I like to go out occasionally or have a glass of wine but not a big deal if my roommate prefers not to. My current roommate describes me as easy going and adventurous.
