I’m a 20 year old female who is looking for a room to rent. I’m not a student, but I am passionate in art, music, yoga, and youtube! So I might be home quite frequently, but I stay to myself usually. I just got out of a long-term relationship, which is another reason why I am looking for a room until I can afford my own place. My father owns a moving company and would be the one providing the rent and deposit. I am very friendly, I clean up after myself, and very mindful of my surroundings.
