Hello – I am a single male, caucasian, non-smoker, professional, financially stable. Originally from the midwest, I lived in New York City for many years, and started moving west for career purposes beginning in 2006, settling in California in 2014. I’m currently in Los Angeles. May be looking to relocate to Florida next year in a quasi/pre-retirement move, and was thinking sharing for a while would be a great way to get acclimated to the area. To be clear, I am considering this for late summer or autumn of 2027. I shared a space for several years here in CA and had a great time with it. I’m a pretty good cook if there’s anyone interested in group dinners. Pool, parking space and a private bathroom are my key must-haves (flexible on parking if there’s abundant and hassle-free street parking available). I love animals and would enjoy living in a house with pets, especially dogs; my own dog passed away in 2018 and I have no plans to get another any time soon. Very open to pet sitting for resident animals. I have a very flexible time horizon, and I’m happy to start a dialogue, share my LinkedIn and social profiles, have a chat, and see where things go.
