I am a 28 year old female and have an awesome spot in the Ghent area of Norfolk. I am originally from the peninsula but full time M-F in VA Beach and need to be closer to work. I’m a pediatric outpatient occupational therapist. I live alone but have my plus-one, a 5 y/o lab/hound mix, Charlee. She’s somewhat shy but made many moves across the state with me within our almost 6 years together. Being dog friendly is really the only rigid requirement. We are clean, but the unit itself is older (but gorgeous with its old features still intact), we stay flexible, during the week stay low-key and work pretty long days, but as long as a degree of respect is established, I’m not too concerned by how you choose to spend your free time. I do enjoy getting out, hitting a happy hour during the week, travel a lot on weekends. I personally am pretty active and spend most time being outside when not working.
