I’m a simple as it gets when it comes to a roommate. I’m polite, respectful,clean,quiet. my main focus when looking for a place is safety, trust and equal respect in the home, stability… honestly just a nice peaceful place to comfortably call “home”. I just moved back to New Jersey after being in Florida for 25 years so it’s like a brand new start in the place the real beginning began 🙄😅
