My 8 year old daughter is quiet and doesn’t run around loudly. We’re both not nosey people. I’m just a single mom working towards on saving for a house so I’m just down sizing and finding a healthy environment for me and my daughter. Looking for mentally stable roommates and “weirdos” are a no no. I have a daughter to protect and provide for so that’s my focus. I’ve had a steady job so rent being paid on time isn’t an issue. Cleanliness is key. I love to cook and share my food just be mindful to not eat everything I make.
