Hello, my name is Jessica. I am fully employed by Marriott and work at their Global Reservations Center. I need a place near 1604 and 281 or easily accessible by bus (305 or the 2, or if you are located closer to 410/North Star Mall/Downtown). My budget per month is ~$500/month. UTILITIES INCLUDED. My schedule is 11am-7pm, Sun-Thu so I will be at work most of the time. Would prefer a furnished room as this will be temporary (until roughly July) and my belongings except for those I need for day to day living will be placed into storage. I do not have pets. I prefer non-smokers, as I do not smoke (of any kind). I do not mind drinking - but I do not drink. I am easy going, laid back. Just need a place to get by. No FWB offers, please. I will take care of animals/kids/home in return for lower rent. I can also cook, so I can do that on occasion as well (usually weekends). I do not have any animals.
