Mother with 13-year-old (stays part-time) and a medium-sized dog, (non-aggressive), looking to move in May 2026. Would like a one to two-bedroom, basement rental that has all utilities included and possibly a washer & dryer in unit/home. I have 1 vehicle and prefer a safe neighborhood.

I am clean, considerate, and responsible. I keep to myself most of the time and work a lot. I am not big on having a lot of people over. I work, study and take care of my family.
