Me: -handy, quiet, organized, clean, environmental, vegetarian, responsible, introvert, from New England -I love cooking, diving, hiking, music, movies, holistic /herbal medicine, permaculture, offgrid living, canoeing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, camping, beekeeping and gardening -I understand plants and animals more than people, but I still try, most people find me honest/blunt to a fault -drive a plug-in hybrid, but I can plug this in at work if the electric bill is a concern -happy to help with chores, maintenance, repairs, and watching your pets/home if you have to travel -I’m a mechanic, federal employee, veteran, and I come with all of the background and security checks a landlord could ever want, working at least 50hrs/week -I don’t mind if you toke/smoke outside or in a garage -Moved to WA Aug of 2024 and am now house hunting

Pets: -Jackal is well behaved, naturally stoic, good natured, holistic, very affectionate, timid at times-especially with loud unexpected noises, pretty quiet but will let you know if someone comes in the yard, barks at bicycles, 60lb German Shep mix -cohabitates with 2 in/outdoor cats that take a while to get used to strangers, and one is very skiddish, they are Wasabi and Hoodlem -all 3 pets are fixed, vaccinated, trained, microchipped, and clean -Jackal loves having a pack, whether that’s dogs, people, chickens, ferrets, whatever you got. He’s just chillin and enjoys being around other chill beings, especially outside. He’s going through cancer treatment though, and can’t be jumped on or rough-housed if your pets are super high energy, contact sport sort of pets, we wouldn’t be a good fit.

Thank you for reading and considering us. We always get along well with our roommates and keep in touch with them over the years. Good to feel like some kinda family if you live together. Might as well.
