I’m a pretty calm and level guy who’s on the quiet side of extraverted. I’ll want to get to know you, but I’ll also want to spend time with just myself too. I work full time, and my free time is usually spent keeping up with independent music (I may play music somewhat loudly when I’m home alone - circumstances with neighbors permitting), going to the gym, free diving, bird watching, reading various non-fiction topics, and for when I’m tired and winding down at the end of the day, just simple reflection and maybe some drawing or writing. TV doesn’t make its way into my life, typically, but I may see what’s up every now and then. I’ve always been into the outdoors, so I’d be out quite a bit.

I eat omnivorously, and my usual habit is that I do my dishes each day, but not always right after each meal. I’m pretty consistent with cleaning and I totally anticipate splitting it up. I can be very thorough when I clean, but before then, I tend to tolerate some minor disarray from myself and others until I feel the need to reset the environment. If you’re cleaner than me, I could definitely step to that and enjoy the higher standard - I’m very courteous and care to make the living space harmonious and comfortable for everyone.

I’m very responsible with money and always pay my accounts on time and in-full.

I’m sober, don’t smoke, and don’t drink, but I’m comfortable with roommates who smoke weed (love the smell) and/or do psychedelics.

Some things I’m pretty sensitive to are cats, I’m allergic, and harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances. Basically what that means is, Im just looking for roommates who’re ok with using things like febreeze, incense, strong candles, and heavy perfumes and cologne only in their private spaces. On the other hand, while I don’t use essential oil diffusers or sprays, I think they’re great. I also like the occasional burning of white sage or palo santo if you do that.
