I’m a newly single Mom of two teen boys ages 16 and 20. I also co-own a home with my boys Dad. Looking for a long-term rental where I will initially live on weekdays only. I will pay for rental of a room with a bathroom and garage parking. I can bring my own bedroom furniture or use what is provided, either is fine. Allergic to cats and cigarette smoke. I will be going to college for my Masters Degree and working. Willing to help with chores and very comfortable with children and dogs. Flexible about move-in date.
