Hello! I’m looking for a private room and bathroom in the Tarzana/Encino area to move in February. I am open to subletting an existing room or finding someone to look for a new place with, but I would only like to live with females. The space must have in-unit washer/dryer, a parking spot, and be 420 friendly. My budget is up to $1200 per month for my half. Thanks!
