Hi! I’m a school nurse for an adult transition program for medically fragile students with special education needs. I currently live in West Sacramento and work Monday-Friday all around Sacramento. I’m also currently looking for a room to rent long-term. I am interested in advancing my career with more schooling. Because I have holidays and summers off, I’m also planning to vacation on the other side of the country during those times (don’t worry, I’ll still pay you my share of the rent for the times I’m traveling, so no worries!). About me: Quiet, single, young medical professional.

• I know how to pick up after myself, clean, do laundry, and I’m told I’m a decent cook.
• I’m not really into dating (just yet) so there’s no need to expect me to have unexpected visitors.
• I tend to stick to myself and am perfectly fine just staying in my room so I can study or enjoy some Netflix as well as contributing to game nights (I have a good selection of board/card games!) -I only drink on the rare and social occasions (parties, BBQs, etc.). Not at all a heavy drinker.
• I am debt free (Might need to consider student loans in the future when I go for my advanced degree), and have no criminal record. Feel free to do a background check but just know that I’m a licensed nurse. The state of California already did that when they gave me a license to practice nursing. Save yourself a few bucks. -I do NOT smoke. Should be obvious why.
• I would prefer to furnish my own room if that is acceptable. I have a TV, laptop, game console, and electric grand piano….all of which I can enjoy with headphones to keep the noise down. I hope you agree with my case and consider me as your new roommate. I think we should get along famously! Hope to hear from you soon!
