Hey! I’m from Newport Beach and moved to LA about 3 years ago. I’ve lived in Santa Monica and Brentwood, and now looking to move somewhere less expensive, but still nice. I was a commercial real estate broker for the last 5 years, and now I work in construction.

I like sports, the beach, reading, health and fitness, and going out with friends. I am mellow, down to earth, clean, and respectful. I also work a lot and will rarely be home.

I’m looking to live with people who aren’t partiers, who will keep the house quiet and peaceful at night. We don’t have to be best friends but I’m definitely interested in living with people who have similar interests and are go-getters.
