I’m currently for an apartment because my current landlord sold the house I have to be out by September first. I would be interested in a team-up with the right individuals to share a 3 bedroom home in a nice area. I am 53 years young and write books, I don’t smoke (i don’t mind if you do), I am very clean, nice, respectful and sociable, I cook cook lol and I clean up as I go along and wouldn’t mind cooking for others, I would prefer not to live in any high crime areas but hey i guess beggars can’t be choosy or unrealistic.
